Adult Group Fitness

Our adult group fitness encompasses all facets of fitness and wellness.  With a ‘no muscle left behind’ philosophy, our “Cross-Training Bootcamp” workouts include CARDIO, STRENGTH TRAINING, HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING, FLEXIBILITY, MOBILITY, CORE, and more.  Clients have ALL experienced improvements in body composition, such as decreased body fat, increases in muscle mass, cardiovascular function, flexibility, mobility, overall confidence, and energy levels.  With a boot-camp atmosphere, no two workouts are ever the same.
