At OTE, PERSONAL TRAINING is not just personal, it's also exclusive.  Our trainers hold the highest certifications possible, as well as Master's Degrees in Exercise Physiology. During a free consultation with your trainer, you will discuss goals, interests, prior training experiences, nutrition, as well as establish baseline data that aids in building your program and tracking progress.  Your trainer will create a program designed  for your specific goals.  Nutrition will always be an essential element in your recipe for success, which is why you will receive nutritional guidance throughout the entirety of your training.
